As a an affiliated club, the youngsters at Moortown are going to have a lot of opportunities to play at the home of Yorkshire Carnegie and we had a great first outing at the Tykes game against Nottingham on Sunday.

Kids from all the Minis age groups walked out with the players and our very own Jacob Barrett was the mascot for the home team. At half time the younger age groups trained on the pitch with the Carnegie squad members whilst the U11's played against Keighley RUFC. A frantic game with some lovely skills on show from both sides and it's great to see our boys were not too rusty after the long summer break.

Thanks to everyone at Yorkshire Carnegie for a cracking afternoon out for the kids and it was brilliant for them to watch the game and to cap it off a good win for the home side.
