Well, it's been a long summer but training starts for the 10s tonight with an introduction to the new rules for the upcoming season.

The new skills to be learnt are:

The Scrum

The Maul

The Ruck

Three pretty fundamental aspects of Rugby Union.

So we are meeting at 6.00pm tonight Thursday 27th August to get the new season underway.

It's seems like a long time boys!
