Lords Taverners gives club massive boost

Lords Taverners gives club massive boost image

Great news today with confirmation from the Lords Taverners that they will give us a £1000 grant to purchase a mobile cricket cage. Read on....

...In addition to the Junior U11 kit bag the Taverners have gifted us over the winter, they have now approved my application for a new mobile cricket cage.

The cage will be supplied by Durant Cricket and will greatly enhance the clubs training facilities. It is hoped it will be installed in time for the start of summer training. Durant's description is shown below.

It is another example of how hard the committee is working behind the scenes to improve the club at all levels.

A personal thanks to the YCB's Steve Archer for his support in getting this grant. It is greatly appreciated.
