Phoenix through in 20/20 thriller

Morley fought back from 16-5 to win their 20/20 quarter final tonight by 3 wickets with 3 balls to spare. Matt Baxter leading the way with 49no....

Batting first Baildon made 108 ao in their 18 overs. George Robson taking 5-21 in his 4 overs and Kashif 2-7! In reply Morley were struggling at 16-5 but Winny 23 and Matt Baxter steadied the ship. When Winny was out there was good support from Chris Rodwell and Nathan Bromby to see the boys home with 3 balls to spare in front of a vociferous crowd in the fading gloom!

Ooh Morley Morley - we now march on to the semi finals!
