Saturday dawned wet and miserable and any cricket at all looked unlikely .
An early pitch inspection showed that pitch one had taken the brunt of the rain and was unplayable . But with tje forecast improving and pitches 2 and 3 looking less the worse for the weather it was decided to give the second and third eleven games a chance .

The threes meanwhile lost to Leith 2s Batting first Leith put on over 180 and Morton never looked likely to get close . Most encouraging feature was the continued promise shown by our two young guns Ram And Aiden .
On Sunday it was Small Clubs Cup action with Bon Accord from Aberdeen the visitors
Bons batted first and were soon in trouble as a fine bowling display ripped through them for 80.
Needless to say we did not make it easy as the excellent Bons attack went to work but at 50 for 3 we looked OK , then the wickets started to tumble . In a thrilling finish our number 10 and 11 bats were at the crease as the final 2 runs were scored to give us victory
