The ones were at home to table topping Falkland 2 on the Meadows. batting first Ton posted a very impressive 214 for 7 with Sahil top scoring with 70 odd. Falkland had lost 2 wickets for only 6 runs when the rain came. Though it did dry up a bit the Fifers skipper felt the pitch was no longer playable and the game was abandoned,. Although this is a blow to the teams ambition to win division 3 we are still in good position to win promotion.
The twos meantime were in action at Roseburn . batting first they finished on 160 odd for 7 with Matt Amis and rob Highfield top scoring in reply DAFS finished 2 runs short in a thrilling game, skipper Adil starring with the ball taking 5 wickets
The threes were at home to Trannent And lost by 24 runs . good to see Mitch back in action and rolling back the years with twenty odd not out
Sunday saw us in Semi final action in Kirkcaldy against Dunnikier. the home team batted first and posted over 160 for 7 . In reply Morton made the runs with 5 down and 10 overs to spare . We will now play either Gala or Carlton 2s in the final. Well done to the guys
