Message from Largo
I received this message today fro George Narn at Largo C.C.
Congratulations to all my old (I use the word advisedly!) friends at
Morton CC on your achievements this year. I was absolutely delighted to see that
you managed to overtake Boroughmuir near the end of the season and win the
title. We did our very best to chase down 209 and beat them at our patch,
falling just 8 runs short.
Our young and inexperienced captain has done very well and if we weren't a match
for you in either of our games it is greatly to his credit that after 2
successive relegations we were an entirely consistent side and are joining you
in Div 5.
I look forward to seeing you all there!
