Pitchero Club

The best way to keep up to date with Morton Cricket Club

Play cricket this summer

2 months ago By Alan Cunningham

The weather may not feel like it but the cricket season is now in full swing in Scotland. Why not join in and be part of it?

Morton cricket Club plays its home fixtures on The Meadows smack in the middle of Edinburgh. we run three teams, our first eleven play in division one of the East Of Scotland league, a good standard of club cricket. Our second and third elevens play in division five and six of the same competition, still competitive but a little more laid back, we also participate in a number of local and national cup competitions and play regular friendly fixtures .
If you have played before and would like to get back involved or even if you have little or no experience you will be made most welcome. Just get in touch either through our website or on social media through our Facebook or Twitter accounts .
Morton C.C. is an equal opportunity club, absolutely everyone welcome. If you would like to meet up we can usually be found in Burlington Bertie's in Tarvit Street after games on a Saturday night
