Our approach to training is simple – it’s enjoyable, interactive and tiring!
Sessions comprise of ball-in-hand rugby fitness, position-specific skills, and game-play.
Our aim is to up-skill all players and prepare the team for matches.
Tuesday: 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Thursday: 7.30 – 8.30 pm
(Players to meet in the club house 5-10 minutes before the start time of each session, or at the pitch on-time).
