Back to back wins!
Mossley's crucial double-header began with a vital 3-0 win over South Lakes. Mossley started strong with an early Ben Morris goal but failed to make any further in roads in the first half leading to a tense affair Mossley having to keep it tight at the back to hold on to their lead.
The second half could not have began more ideally for Mossley 1s. Some ultra-slick passing movement gave David Crawford the ball in a dangerous position at the top of the 'D'. Instead of shooting Crawford slipped in Jon Minchin with a sublime pass before Michin smashed the ball past the opposition keeper.
Minchin added a third soon after giving Mossley their first back to back wins of the season and essential boost to their chances of avoiding the drop.
