TRY Fitness is a new initiative from Scottish Rugby Union aimed at providing 'High Intensity' fitness sessions to those looking to challenge their ability.
Murrayfield Wanderers have teamed up with Scottish Rugby on this initiative to proivde a service to the surrounding community giving those the opportunity to develop basic fitness.
The sessions take place at BT Murrayfield Stadium, on the back pitches, starting 12th November - 3rd December (4 week block). The clubs very own Personal Trainer Lewis Pratten will run these sessions starting 7pm-7.45pm (high intensity sessions).
