Lying in 19th position with 37 points from 37 matches played, the Saints are beginning to move above the relegation zone, primarily as a result of their having won their last four home fixtures - beating Basingstoke 2-1, Chesham 4-1, Kings Langley 5-2 and, at the weekend, Redditch United 1-0. Their average home attendance is 265 (16th placement)

Saints have not performed well at home against 'top-six' opponents, losing against Banbury (1-4), Hitchin (1-2) and Leamington (0-1). Their best showing being against Chippenham (3-3). They have yet to play Merthyr Town.

In August, Rebels gained a 2-0 home success against St. Neots, an improvement on last seasons results when they were held to draws both at home (2-2) and in Cambridgeshire (0-0). In fact Rebels have not lost any of the seven previous encounters, indeed failing to concede a goal in Cambridgeshire.

Saints were beaten in the 1st round qualifying in the FA Cup, losing 1-4 away to Stamford (Northern Division One South) after drawing 1-1 at home. In the FA Trophy they suffered a 2nd round qualifying exit, 2-4 at home, to Marine (Northern Premier), again in a replay following a 1-1 draw.

Match Prediction: St. Neots Town 1 - 3 Rebels
