3 months ago By David Hamlet

A taster of the season to come ....Rebels can enjoy outings to Devon and Cornwall..

“Wealdstone FC will be next season's local derby”

UPDATE: Braintree Town won the promotion play-off final away at Hampton & Richmond 3 - 4 in a penalty shootout after drawing 1 - 1 after extra time

The 22 teams, now confirmed subject to appeal are (in alphabetical order):-
Bath City
Billericay Town (promoted from Isthmian Premier)
Chelmsford City
Chippenham Town
Concord Rangers
Dartford
Dulwich Hamlet (promoted from Isthmian Premier)
East Thurrock United
Eastbourne Borough
Gloucester City
Hampton & Richmond Borough
Hemel Hempstead Town
Hungerford Town
Oxford City
St. Albans City
Torquay United (relegated from the National League)
Truro City
Wealdstone
Welling United
Weston-s-Mare
Woking (relegated from the National League)

Of these teams Rebels have only played Cup matches against Torquay United, Dartford and Concord Rangers and they have never played Weston-Super-Mare or Gloucester City in any competition.

For the record only one National South team, Oxford City, reached the 2nd round Proper of the F.A. Cup, and like Rebels, they were also eliminated at this stage. Dartford, Chelmsford City and Truro City reached the 1st round Proper.

In the F.A. Trophy Wealdstone, Slough's derby team next season, reached the Semi-Final stage before losing against National North Brackley Town 0 - 3 on aggregate.
