“Farnborough v Weymouth match being played tonight, Wednesday 11th”

UPDATE: Farnborough 2 - 6 Weymouth
Harry Baker scores a brace as Weymouth move up to 5th

Leaders Kettering faltered, missing a penalty, drawing 0 - 0 at Biggleswade. Hereford, winning 1 - 0 at Banbury and Kings Lynn winning 2 - 0 at home against Hitchin kept up the pressure, while Rebels performed a miracle, overhauling a 4 - 0 half time deficit to record a fine 5 - 4 victory at Merthyr. Gosport Borough are firmly anchored at the foot of the table following their 7 - 2 reversal at Dorchester and Dunstable gaining a point in a 2 - 2 draw at St. Neots.
Other Results: Bishops Stortford 1 - 1 Chesham United, Royston Town 2 - 1 St. Ives Town

Best attendance (1067) saw Linnets home match with Hitchin, closely followed by Banbury (1011) against Hereford. The lowest gate was recorded at St. Neots (180).

There were no hat-tricks this mid-week but Aaron Rodrigues (Dorchester), Ian Traylor (Merthyr), James Dobson (Slough) and Adam Marriott (Royston) each scored two apiece.
Slough strikers James Dobson and Chris Flood, both with 9 goals, are now joint 3rd in the scorers table behind Dior Angus (Redditch, with 11) and John Mills (Hereford, with 10).

Of the top four teams only Kings Lynn (home to Kings Langley) will play a league game this coming weekend as the top three - Kettering Town, Slough Town and Hereford are all competing in the 4th Qualifying Round of the FA Cup
