No sooner is one season over than the next one begins. The AGM provides us with the
opportunity to review how players and administrators alike have performed in the last 12
months, and it is also the time to start making plans for the new season.
It’s been a pretty exciting year both on and off the pitch, and we can look forward to even
more success in the coming seasons. So, if you’re a member of the Club why not come
along to hear what’s been going on, and what’s next.
For those members that haven’t attended an AGM, here’s what you can look forward to.
Finding out what’s been happening behind the scenes.
Finding out how much money we’ve taken, and spent (and where it all goes).
Learning what the Playing Committee has been up to.
Learning about our Junior Section successes and our Touch Rugby section.
Using your vote to elect Club officials and committee members for next season.
Now is the time to submit your nominations for the following elected positions:
Officers: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Chair of Playing.
Elected Committee Members: Chair of House and Vice Chairman.
Nominations for these posts must be submitted to the Club Secretary (Justin Siedle) by
29th May using the Club’s Nomination Form, which must be signed by the Nominee,
Proposer and Seconder. Please note that the Nominee, Proposer and Seconder must all
be paid up members of the Club, and nomination forms can be found behind the bar.
If you would like any further information, a Nomination Form, or to contribute to the AGM
agenda, please email Justin Siedle at the following address justin.siedle.nbrfc@gmail.com
before 29th May.
