Keep fit, spinning class!
Spinning, keep fit
If anyone is interested if we can get 10 players that want tokeep fit (seniors) we can get a private spinning class at the Scotch Horn. Times can be discussed with who ever is up for it. Not sure on cost but would be around £5 ea for a 40 min blow out sesh! Frodo's brother Mike has offered to take it and he will have you sweating blood.
