Swaffham Lions signed a cheque yesterday to provide sponsorship for 25 NCC branded cricket shirts for under 12 juniors enrolling for our cricket coaching session at Narborough next year.
These are a mini version of the same shirts that are available to the Narborough Cricket Club senior members, with the club badge on the front of the shirt and the sponsor's name of the back of the shirt.
This will make sure that every team member will be wearing the club shirt at every league game we have next year, just like our opposition have done this year!! It also means that when the juniors practice on Tuesday nights next year that they will be wearing the club shirt!
On behalf of all the juniors, our sincere thanks go to the Swaffham Lions for making such a generous donation to help the club promote cricket to the boys and girls of Narborough.
