The Scholarship, in partnership with Ofsted Outstanding College Accrington & Rossendale, gives players the opportunity to study BTEC or A level qualifications whilst within a full time football environment.

ACCROSS, house the only ECFA Category 1 Academy for Boys and Girls in the North West and has state of the art football facilities.

Players will be selected by trial with the next opportunity for trial being on Wednesday 8th April at 9am. This season the youth team will be offering 11 scholarships to compliment its current squad of players.

Youth Scholarship recipients will play for the club in the North West Youth Alliance, The Lancashire FA County Cup and the FA Youth Cup as well as representing the college in Wednesday afternoon ECFA games.

Graduates from this scheme include current 1st Team players Jonny Hession, Jake Lloyd and Nat Taylor, Taylor received a professional contract with Accrington Stanley following completion of his scholarship.
