After winning her trophy at the Lincolnshire Sports Awards, Liv said: "It was a great night and amazing to be amongst the best coaches, volunteers and performers in Lincolnshire! It was hosted by Steve Parry who was really inspiring and gave great advice to us all. I feel shocked to have won the award as the other nominees have also had a successful year but it’s a real privilege to be named as young sportswoman of the year!"

Nominated alongside Liv was Lincolnshire gymnast, Jessica Ringsell and athletics medalist, Hannah Molyneaux.
