Case determined by non personal hearing

Charge 105 Guru Nanak Youth Charge Rule 8O(i-iii) Rules 25A and 25S also refer.
Fielding ineligible player on 12/01/14 League Cup 1st Round v Omega 92 Olympians
Club sent case of mitigation.
In this instance the player was found to be ineligible by KFA charge i.e. he played for the team whilst under suspension. The League was supplied a copy of the proven charge by KFA.

Decision: KFA confirm that player Manraj KhunKhun was not eligible to play on 12/01/14. Fined £35. The game is awarded against Guru Nanak Youth in accordance with Rule 25A. Omega 92 Olympians are to proceed in the League Cup. Guru Nanak Youth are excluded from the John Leeds Trophy in accordance with Rule 25S.
