This weekend is by far the biggest of the rugby calendar so far for NAG.

The Vets have beaten plenty of big name clubs this season on their journey to the Kent Cup Final and this Sunday they’ll be hoping to add another to that list. Sunday NAG Vets face Sevenoaks RFC in the final at Maidstone Rugby Club, the game kicks off at 4pm and it would be great to see as many of you as possible there to cheer them on. Maidstone RFCs postcode is ME15 7RN. But before that 1s kick off the weekend with a massive game against Cranbrook RFC.

Last weekend the 1sts fought top of the table Beccehamians to the very last just missing out on what would of been one of the biggest upsets in Kent 1 with the final score finishing 25-23. The 1sts need to better that performance this weekend.
In the first fixture Cranbrook beat NAG by a narrow margin with their supporters seeming to influence most of the refereeing decisions towards the end of the game (one of which saw Jamie Chapman see an underserved red). This is why this weekend the 1sts are asking for as much support as possible to cheer them on in the battle to remain in Kent 1 next season.

Kick off is 2:30pm at NAG please come down to support the boys. There is also Rugby on in the bar all afternoon and a St Patrick’s Day party after the game!
