General round up of age groups – head coaches
Finance update - Treasurer
CCC Round up and farewell
Vote for Main Committee members;-Chair, Vice-chair ,Treasurer & Safe Guarding officer, Club Coach Co-ordinator ( to be nominated and seconded )
Confirm voting for Age Group Volunteers completed and rubber stamp.
Date/plans for registration/family fun day and amount.
Fixtures - Paula
Fundraising – or lack of??
Car parking – Otter issue – any suggestions for alternatives? NRFC use Train Station Car Park – leave spaces closer to playing fields for visitors?
Respect barriers – new laws
Use of Pantside fields - logistics
Kitchen Duties – Nana Bod. Food sales by individual age groups.
New CCC - introduction and planned activities
Annual Newsletter
AOB U15s training time change to accommodate Dewar Shield commitments.
If anyone would like anything else to be considered for the AGM it must be brought before the main committee no later than 1 week before AGM.
