Newbury have completed the signing of Barry Elmore from Highmoor Ibis today despite Reading Town putting in a 7 day approach for the ex Thatcham Town Midfielder.

Newbury are hoping that Elmore will be eligible to take part in the FA Vase game at Faraday Road on Saturday.

Barry stood out when newbury played Highmoor Ibis earlier this season and manager Melledew is very happy to have him on board.
