Notes: All junior training places (ages 9-12) are currently full (as of 23/10/2017) and the waiting list now sits at 15. Juniors aged 13-18 who have junior hockey experience are eligible to train in the senior sessions (please contact Cath Hossain at C.L.Hossain1@ncl.ac.uk for further information).
The club provides opportunities for young people between the ages of 9 and 18 to learn to play hockey and to be coached in the whole range of skills necessary to do their best in competitions. There are opportunities for juniors to play in the U18 Northumberland Development League (Harper League) on a Thursday evening as well as progressing through to adult league league teams when appropriate.
Our qualified coaches are trained in child protection and have been screened for their suitability for working with young people.
We welcome parents to all training sessions and value your support. We are keen to try and involve parents in the club and you can find out more about the club from this web site, our regular communications and our junior manager/coaches.
All new players welcome.
