Our final junior training session for the winter season was on 28 March 2018, which was also World Autism Awareness Week 2018.
Notes: We have just finished junior hockey training for the winter season. After the Easter break we will be starting a summer junior hockey club for a further 10 weeks. 30 places have already been filled for the summer club and we will be offering the final few places to players on our waiting list.
The club provides opportunities for young people between the ages of 9 and 18 to learn to play hockey and to be coached in the whole range of skills necessary to do their best in competitions. There are also opportunities for juniors to play in the U18 Northumberland Development League (Harper League) on a Thursday evening as well as adult league league teams when appropriate.
Our qualified coaches are trained in child protection and have been screened for their suitability for working with young people. We welcome parents to all training sessions and value your support. We are keen to try and involve parents in the club and you can find out more about the club from this web site, our regular communications and our junior manager/coaches.
All new players welcome.
