Following our promotion the 1st XV made a determined effort to succeed and remain in this league last year. Our efforts must continue and improvements to our game must be made in order to remain is this league this Season. Changes have been made to league structure which, on paper, suggest a more difficult challenge. However we have the capability to develop and succeed.

For this to happen the coaching team need your support by attending the training sessions on a regular basis. It is vital that players from all the senior sides train together to give us strength and depth in every position throughout all teams.

At training we work hard at developing your skills in a fun way. We play plenty of small games but improving both skills and fitness are at the core of what we do. There are a number of coaches who will help you to achieve your targets but you are expected to take responsibility for your progress by ensuring you are at training twice a week.
