It was third time lucky

It was third time lucky for Castle against Soham Town Rangers as they ran out 3-0 victors in the Preliminary Round of the FA Trophy to set up a local derby in the next round against Kidsgrove Athletic.
Following an early effort from visiting skipper Lewis Endacott Castle took charge and a corner from James Lee was fired home by Tom Urwin from 15 yards on 28 minutes. Luke Askey doubled the lead on the stroke of half-time and as the rain continued to pour down a smart move by Castle saw James Lee (pictured) put the game to bed with a third from 18 yards with seven minutes remaining.
The game against Kidsgrove will take place on Saturday 28th October at the Drayton Beaumont Stadium KO 3.00 pm.
