Great work rate where we focused on quick shifting of the ball out of the tackle, either popping or passing. This entailed tackling a bag and then quickly getting to your feet and making the pass to your supporting player. Key aspects were speed of getting to your feet out of the tackle zone and the supporter timing their run. Key skills that will set us apart in the ever more damp conditions. Finishing with great game of touch.
