Hello and welcome,
We train every Sunday From 10.30-12.00 being there for 10.15 when possible
Everybody is welcome to come along and try out a training session and get fit while enjoying themselves in a team setting.
Bring your boots a gumshield and a drink, please dress warm in the colder months and that's all you need to take your first steps to enjoying rugby or even reignite some past rugby training..
