II. To receive the Chairman’s report on company activities over the last year
III. To approve the accounts for the year ending 31st May 2018
IV. To appoint the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, President and other officers
V. To ratify appointments made at the Playing General Meeting on 15th May 2018
VI. To consider and vote on the proposed changes to the Constitution.
