Carnforth 10th Dec - AWAY
4th plays 5th with a chance of moving up to 3rd!!!
We travel up the M6 to what will no doubt be a wet, windy and wild affair if the weather forecasters have got it right? (for a change!!!)
After some good all round squad performances and some excellent rugby over the last two games, we now take on a formidable Carnforth outfit.
Our confidence is riding high at the moment and rightly so, we're going good. But, we must be cautious about over confidence, we are playing some good physical, hard rugby with touches of almost sheer brilliance at times but that can all change in the bounce of a ball. Our discipline has improved and must continue to do so.
Against Colne last weekend the referee had a good game and played a lot of advantage for both teams of which, we took full advantage, spilled ball and controlled aggression from controlled disciplined play gave us the platform we had been missing in recent weeks and that was all down to our improved discipline, on field leadership and the sage like knowledge and guidance of our coach Mike.
So see you all on Saturday.
