Norfolk County Academy athletes Lilly and Isobel join us from Trowse Netball Club having smashed their way into both our u16 academy squad and senior East Region 2 long squad. They will start pre season training alongside their senior peers tomorrow night under the guidance of our head S&C coach Nate Rogers.

Issey joins us from Jetts Netball Club in Bury. Having been a member of Suffolk County Academy, Issey joins Lilly and Isobel as an East Region 2 long squad member and will link up with the girls when she returns from travelling shortly.
