Sharks 28 V 6 Bulls

Norland maintained second place in Yorkshire Division 1 with a fine win. Ben Rowan breaking from inside his own half and brother Jordan Rowan going over. From the restart Ben Rowan gathered and with a side step shot through a gap to go the full length of the field to score, Mark Cassidy added the goal. With Norland attacking the Bulls line Luke Livingston intercepted to go all the way to the posts, Elias Harrison added the goal. The Sharks had a half time pep talk and from the restart swept up field and Ben Rowan slipped a lovely ball to Paul Shaw to go in.
Carl Pettman took over the kicking duties and converted. Within five minutes the Sharks were in again moving the ball along the line for Jamie Hawley to finish in the corner. Pettman stepped up and slotted a great goal off the touch. The game was all Norland with the Bulls rarely attacking the Sharks line and Sam Cowan went on a solo run to go over with players hanging on, Pettman added the goal to keep the Sharks in the hunt for the title. The Norland man of the Match went to Jordan Rowan.
