East Midlands U18s become Midlands Champions
Scouts U18s were represented in the East Midlands squad by back row George Bambrick.
Gearge had played in all the matches leading up to the Midlands final but was on the bench for the final game yesterday at Broadstreet.
East Mids virtually had the trophy in their pocket when they went into the break 24 - 0 up.
The second half was less constructive as the coaches made several changes, one of which saw Bambrick crash over for the only score of the half with his first touch of the ball.
