Coach Zone - Club Development Draft documents
16th February 2012
This page has been created to enable easy access to Club documents that have been drafted and that the Committee would like the coaches to review.
The documents for review can be found at the foot of this page.
These documents have been drafted as part of the Club's s intention to develop beyond its current mode of operation to play a greater role in the community.
This requires us to put in a place a framework based on best practise (for running volunteer sports clubs) and the requirements of the SYFA, our current Quality Mark and the ELSSDA and ESSDA leagues.
If you were to visit another Club's website who have the Quality Mark, for example, Haddington Athletic or Dunbar Colts, you will find that most of these documents already exist within these clubs.
It is the desire of the Committee that these documents be adopted and used by the Club, coaches and players in time for the half season beginning August 2012.
The Committe would welcome and encourage the use of certain of these documents prior to this date e.g. the player and coach development plans.
Other documents are best issued and introduced by the Committee to all appropriate persons at the agreed time e.g. volunteer agreement forms etc.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY COACHES WHO ARE COACH MEMBERS OF THIS WEBSITE CAN ACCESS THE DOCUMENTS BELOW.
If you are a coach and haven't yet joined the web site, please do so now.
