Guys – I need your help please!

I am about to fly off to the USA on my Trans American Bicycle trip (you may have seen the article in last week’s East Lothian Courier). I am raising funds for the Children’s Hospice Association of Scotland (CHAS) and I would be really grateful for any pledges of sponsorship support you can give at http://www.justgiving.com/Scottybhoy

My self sufficient journey takes me from Virginia on the east coast, through 10 of the nations states, over the Appalachian & Rocky Mountain ranges, through Yellowstone Park and I arrive in Oregon on the west coast which totals over 4,200 miles.
