Welcome to Season 2011-12!
The squad trains at 6.00pm – 7.30pm each Wednesday with the emphasis on developing player’s technical skills and tactical awareness.
Players are also invited to participate 6.00pm – 7.00pm each Friday to embed the learning in preparation for our weekend match.
All players should remember to bring £1 on a Wednesday and Friday to cover the cost of booking the pitch.
We are registered for the South East Region Youth League and compete in Cup competitions. We offer tea, coffee, soft drinks and a selection of snacks to all our visitors and spectators and we encourage you to come along and support the team.
Home matches take place at Recreation Park next to North Berwick Rugby Club, Dunbar Road, North Berwick, EH39 4DG
Please update the huffinpuffins website to confirm your son’s availability for forthcoming matches. A parent rota for car sharing is in place for all away matches. I will provide confirmation of the arrangements for each match every Wednesday eveining on the 'Team News' section on the menu on the left hand side of this page.
For all away games, we have agreed to take a squad of 14 players and they will be selected from those players who turn up for training and show the correct desire and willingness to learn and improve their football.
Parents should ensure their son is adequately prepared for their football with appropriate clothing, plenty of fluids for re-hydration and for match days - black shorts, socks and shin guards.
The main objective is for our players to enjoy a positive football experience, to progressively learn and develop their skills and understanding of the game, be respectful of their team mates, coaches, opponents and referees … but above all to have fun.
Annual subscriptions can be submitted using form in the downloads section.
