Ladies & Gents.

When? - Friday 24th August, 7.30pm.
Where? - The ShowRoom, Tritton Road, Lincoln.
Dress? - Full club No1s for gents, evening dresses for ladies.

We have secured an outstanding venue for the Club Dinner this year as part of our aim to make this THE social event of the Hykeham Rugby calendar.

The evening will comprise, our annual awards ceremony for the 2011/12 season, 4 course sit-down al a carte menu, disco & dance all in a superb contemporary setting.

This truly is our main event and it essential that all those in the club make the effort to make it a great night, members, players (past and present), supporters, parents, siblings, wives/girlfriends, alikadoos, committee members, coaches. It is our chance to celebrate everything that Hykeham Rugby is about as whole club. Please clear the decks, we are aimingto sell at least 70 tickets!

Tickets are £30 and can be reserved with a £5 deposit ASAP, to Andy Rush or Steve Beaumont

Deposits are required by Tuesday 12th June and full payment by 11th July please. Monies can be left at the club in a named envelope FAO Andy Rush
