Earlier title contenders Sowerby Bridge and Shelf Utd have dropped points and have a lot to do and the only team that look to have a realistic chance are Shelf FC but they have played only seven games and the backlog of fixtures could be their undoing.

The Rams acquitted themselves well in the reverse fixture a couple of weeks ago, despite the final scoreline, and last week's win against Calder '76 was a welcome boost, particularly the fact that the goal drought came to an end.

Ryburn will be keen to register another win to move them closer to the title but the Rams can take the positives from the previous game at Ripponden and last week's second half performance. Illingworth St Marys are hitting form and it is looking like the relegation battle will be a keenly contested affair so every point is vital.
