"It was pleasing to get back to winning ways, and even more pleasing that we showed more improvement in our performance.
We will look to build on the win at Llanharan as we take on a Tondu side that will prove a tough test for us.

Of course we lost last time out at Eirias, and we have all said it was 5 minutes in the 2nd half that cost us the game but we played some good rugby in the final 34 minutes

We had a good week at training last week and that intensity showed on the field at Llanharan. We have more come and we are one or 2 steps away from something special as we look to make the last few bits click on the training field.

I think we are benefiting from having a few players back this season, after being out with injuries with Andy Baston, Huw Worthington, Maredydd Francis and Alex Schwarz all starting tp get back to their best. Training is even more competitive with every player trying to get into that starting 15 on Saturday."
