As we head into October it is a busy run of games before the International break in November, so players picking up knocks is pretty common.

Those knocks will happen especially with the intensity that the RGC players are producing on a game-day.

RGC physio Marc Beggs is the man responsible for making sure the players are able to get on the pitch on a Saturday and RGC News caught up with him.

“We have played 4 games already with 5 more remaining before we break for the International fixtures, so it is a frenetic period of games and of course you can add the traveling that comes with the away fixtures. On Saturday Huw Grundy picked up a knock on the ribs, so we will be looking at him this week. Harri Evans is progressing well with rehab so hopefully it won’t be long before he is back.
One player who all supporters are looking forward to seeing back on the pitch is Lewis Barker “the rehab with Lewis has been going really well, and he will be returning to training in the next few weeks”
