5. Hydration


Importance of hydration for health and performance

You can't rely on feeling thirsty as a reminder to replace fluid lost through sweating, one of natures dirty tricks is that exercise suppresses thirst. Dehydration impairs both physical and mental performance in most type of sports. Yet it can be avoided by simple drinking strategies, before during and after training. With today's high temperatures and pre season training starting to night please make sure you keep you self hydrated through out the day. I no your not idiots but there is alway one Dick that decides not to listen and ends up clasping due to dehydration. Please bring lots of water to tonight's session. Any one who turns up with OUT water the whole time will be punished apart from that individual who will stand there and watch. Make sure it's water guys and not that Lucazade shit.
