The first division will consist of 12 teams, an increase of 1 after Waveney Gunners were relegated and both Hearts of Oak and Great Yarmouth Town Hall withdraw.
4 sides were promoted from the second division these being Kirkley & Pakefield B (who must run as a seperate entity from their A side), WEMP, Carlton Rangers and Payton.
The second division will consist of 14 teams. Amongst the changes listed above and will also see Hearts of Oak Reserves who have now become the first team, Ellingham, Southwold Town and Pot Black (formerly Notleys 2013) join the division.
There will be a new name in both divisions as Waveney Reserves and Waveney A will now be known as Waveney Hearts and Waveney Hearts Reserves.
The season will commence on Saturday 6th September.
