Just had feedback from our contact in Varna – lots of positive stuff

They are very excited we are going across and are organising a civic welcome from the Mayor (bear in mind this is the second largest city in Bulgaria!) and the British Embassy – I'm grinning as I type this! They're looking forward to the games but more to what they term the third half after the game. They're even offering to put together a 'cheering team' for us – I'm not totally sure what that is but I'm hoping it involves girls in ra-ra skirts.

I've a really good feeling about this – all we need now is enough of us to make it all worthwhile

The Bulgarians are starting to do a lot of work around this so it is VITAL we get enough people to make up a decent sized party ASAP – if we really can't get 20 or so together then I'm afraid I'll have to call it off and it'll be a tour to Reedham.
