Norwich United include new signing Justin Fox in their squad for today’s home game against Ely City. Fox, signed from Kirkley & Pakefield this week and has a wealth of Ridgeons League experience, having made over 200 appearances for Wroxham before joining Kirkley at the start of last season. The goalscoring midfielder helped the Yachtsmen to the Ridgeons League title in 2006-07.

Planters’ manager Paul Chick was delighted with his new signing. “Justin is arguably the best technical player in the Ridgeons League, and I am very pleased to sign a player of his ability to the club.”

The Planters, who are unbeaten in 2010 and recently reached the Norfolk Senior Cup Final, could move up two places with a win over Ely City who sit just three points above them.
