The end of the 2012 season is nigh, only one obstacle stands between us and the AFL CNE trophy...our traditional rivals the Mozzies. The Scorpions and Mozzies have been battling it out for nearly a decade and last met in a final in 2010, which Manchester narrowly won in a tough match.

This Saturday will see the Scorpions take on the Mozzies in the final to end all finals. Each team can boast the strongest squad they've had in years...the Scorpions due to some of the best British players in the country with the odd Aussie gun, and Manchester thanks to a large experienced expat contingent.

Manchester stand unbeaten this season but had a narrow win over a grossly undermanned Scorpions team in our last encounter with their full squad. Will Manchester have what it takes to defeat a full strength Scorpions side looking for retribution? Will the Scorps have what it takes come game day to end the Mozzies winning streak?
