The £30 refundable deposit is to insure that there is commitment from the team entering this will be via cheque and once you are there on the day this will be handed back to you.

Friday 5th August over 35’s tournament, 6.30pm – 8.30pm – the structure of the evening will depend on the amount of teams entering the tournament, the structure will be sent out a week before the tournament.

Saturday 6th August Men’s 7’s, 11.00am -4.00pm - the structure will be decided on how many teams are entered in the tournament, this will be sent out a week prior to the event.

Saturday 6th August women’s 7’s, 11.00am - 4.00pm - the structure will be decided on how many teams are entered in the tournament, this will be sent out a week prior to the event.
