2017 AGM - Agenda Published

Another turn of the Earth round the Sun and we find ourselves preparing for the club's 2017 Annual General Meeting.

Our Honorary Secretary, Richard Crow, has emailed all club members (adult players, social members, junior parents, Vice Presidents and Life Members) informing them of the date, the publication of the agenda and the draft minutes of the 2016 meeting which will be put to the vote on the night.

That all important date - Thursday, 11th January 2018.

The all important time - 8pm.

The all important location - The White Horse, Maplehurst.

If you are a club member, please do make every effort to attend. Your committee and many volunteers have put in hundreds of hours of their time over the last year not only to push forward our pavilion project but keeping the club running and sustaining its profile within the Community. The way you can show your appreciation and also ask questions is to participate for this two hour meeting. It is, after all, only two hours out of your year.

We look forward to seeing you and to a positive meeting. There are many achievements from 2017 to recognise and exciting milestones to relay for 2018.
