Sedge Hit New High On The Internet
Sedge up to 5th in Pitchero Club Rank.
Odsal Sedbergh have today hit a new high with their website. They are this week ranked 5th in the Pitchero Rugby League Club Rank table. Over the past 12 months Sedge have gone from being ranked around the 100 mark right up into 5th place. This is down to you, our audience, regularly visiting the website. The site is getting around 500 unique hits on page per week. At present there are currently over 200 members, and if you’ve not signed up please do so. Its free and open to everyone, fans, officials and players alike. You get a weekly update about all things Sedge.
In addition to the club website, the Facebook page has grown with over 250 “Likes”. The posts are reaching a wide audience, with the “Juniors Player Wanted” post reaching an amazing 2500+ people. This again is thanks to you sharing the posts that are put out there.
On Twitter the interaction is growing with new followers increasing by the week. Sedge are approaching out 1000th tweet and are getting around 450 views of our posts per week.
Finally the Flickr page is proving very popular. This contains images taken of the sides in action. Many of our players are using the pictures on their profiles within Social Media.
A huge thank you goes to all of you that have helped Sedge achieve this by the reading/sharing/retweeting the articles that the webmaster team put out there.
