Manager Joe Doran, who saw his side bow out to Abbey Hey in the NWCFL Challenge Cup last weekend is looking for a quick response.

'It was a frustrating day. We were 2nd to too many balls all over the pitch and not strong enough in the tackle. Performances like that are no where near good enough for this football club.'

Looking ahead to Saturday's game the manager admits its a clean slate:
'Going into this game its a clean slate. The game against Abbey Hey is goneand we didn't perform or play well'

'It's down to me to get the right mentality back in to the players'

No less than 9 players missed the Abbey Hey game due to a number of reasons however Doran should see the majority return for Saturday:
'There will be some changes. We have lads back who were cup-tied and also unavailable so yes they are back in the squad for Saturday'.
