Martin has been one of the senior players at Newton Abbot in recent years but has also spent time at other senior clubs including Brixham and Plymouth Albion . He has an excellent playing pedigree as a powerful and influential No.8, widely acknowledged as one of the County's leading back rowers.

Like his predecessor Gaz Evans; Martin has a desire to enter the coaching arena, and we are delighted he will be doing so in the Maroon and Amber .
